touchscreen problems

the last few days one small part of my touchscreen does not respond, im really afraid this will get worse, any suggestions ive already cleared the register and upgrade and downgrade the fw several times but nothing seems to work
PLEASE HELP im outside china and i dont want to send it back

yes i have

Try and remove it then, and see if it works well without.

There might be bubbles under it.

By the way, is the screen glass or plastic? I never found out.

It's glass, and really hard.
