Yes. Everyone who's read the whole thread can see that they're on here:
GPRS and MMS Settings for Cellphones and Handhelds
    and here:
Mobile APN Setting to use GPRS

Well, Rich4443.. They are not all correct! At least not for Netcom (Norway). So when people find out that there are some settings in those pages that doesn't work, they share what they know and find out to help out others with maybe the same problem.

i tried an other provider (yesss).
    its working without problems.
you only have to enter the apn and leave all other fields blank.

but with A1 it is not working.
i wrote a mail to A1 and they sent me the same data as i have.
i called the hotline, but they told me that these are the only existing settings.

i think its a problem with this pap/chap settings which you can enter in other devices.
where can i change this settings? regedit? ini file?

i talked to a friend who is working for A1 (mobilkom austria).
he said that no user/pass is send with the connection request.

it seems that the meizu only can log on providers which do not need this parameters.
what can i do now? i really need this because there is no other provider available at my little village.

After repeated failures with AT&T I finally got mine to work with these settings:

    Name: Media Net
    APN: wap.cingular
    User Name: WAP@CINGULAR.COM
    Password: CINGULAR1
    Proxy Server: Blank
    Port: 80
    Server: http://mmsc.cingular.com

I hope this helps someone else on AT&T wireless.

What we have to mention in the "Server" option in manual gprs setting while adding a new connection?
also is there any option to save the gprs settings given by the service provider. Strugling with the manual setting. it's one of the disadvantage of m8 i think that we have to set gprs manualy?
anyone having some idea about gprs setting for Indian service provider, im using vodafone currently

    Hi,

I am a Belgian Meizu user. I have the correct GPRS settings en they seem to work as I can see the icon lighting up, and making connection. Only problem is I can't view any webpage, it always says connection is closed by remote server and that the adres is currently unavailable.

I don't have the problem with wifi so there must be some final setting that has to be adjusted or something, anyone who has had the same problem, and maybe a solution?
