I don't think that mms works in any other country but China. I can't seem to get it to work in the US. I have tried it on both Tmobile & AT&T USA without any success.

Thanked 26 Times in 11 PostsHi All,just wondering if anyone knows the Internet & MMS Settings for OPTUS Network in Australia? I've tried to set these up from my old Sony Ericsson W910 but the internet fails to connect. So if anyone is feeling up to it,please help. Also a quick guide on how to input these settings would be greatly appreciated.

Thanked 1 Time in 1 PostHave you tried the settings listed on here?:
Mobile APN Setting to use GPRS
The settings are input under Settings > EDGE.
Make sure the GPRS switch is on.
EDIT: Actually this link is better, it gives proxy and port:

Thanked 11 Times in 6 PostsNew settings in FW 0926 for GRPS to work (netcom - norway)
This is weird, but when I use the settings for Netcom (Norway) in fw0902, which I wrote here, internet doesn't work. But I tried to mix some settings and in the end I decided to try without any IP and Port, just these settings:
APN: wap.netcom.no
user: wap
password: netcom
And it worked!
Haven't tried MMS yet, but will try when I get the chance!
So could you update the first post to [none] on IP and Port, and change APN to wap.netcom.no ?
Thank you for this list btw
