    Tabs in the Phonebook?

    Hi there,

on the left side in the telefonbook (contacts) are some tabs. You can kick them but all of them are empty. I filled all extra data for a contact because i was hoping i will find them there, but no luck.

Is there someone who knows what the tabs are for?

    Thx Albert

Tabs are for different groups of people (like work, friends, schoolmates, etc...).

The tabs are for groups, you have already been told that.
Now whenever you enter a new contact, it will always go to the top /1st tab.
To edit the tab titles, touch edit> edit group
Then you will see the various headings, you can edit them here.
Dont forget to save after that.
    Moving contacts to different tabs:
Touch Edit, make sure you are in the first tab, then select >
    After selecting
Touch the tab you want to move the contact to
    Then touch Done.
You might not see the contact instantaneously, but if you touch another tab and come back to the old tab, you should be able to see the contact there....

I have a problem with the contacts,

they are all gone, dunnow what I did wrong, but they are gone.

When copying them from the SIM to the Phone, the phone says copying, but nothing is in the contacts after that.. When adding them manually it will only allow me to add one contact and not more. Already restarted the phone, powerd on and off, took out the battery, resetted the factory defaults and formatted the phone.

Anyone who can help me? I would be very thankfull.

Thanks in advance out of the Netherlands,

    Jboog

Not the bestway of solving it, but i gave the phone a registry reset (power on button and m button at the same time when starting up)... Lost everything, but got my contacts back... i will now configure it again and than make a backup ^_^
