    Sync M8 with Mac

    Hi All,

I am interested to purchase M8. However, I am using macbook for my main work. I enter calender events, tasks and few music. Does anyone experience using mac with Meizu?

    Thank you

You should be able to easily drag and drop what you need using a Mac, but jeep in mind some people have had problems with Macs and Meizu's before.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

If Microsoft ActiveSync works on a Mac then you should have no problems syncing an M8 with a Mac.

As for music, you just drag and drop it like an external flash drive.

I think you will have to use the Missing Sync software. It's used to sync mobile under windows to sync with a mac.

It should be compatible with Windows CE as well. They're pretty similar, although Missing Sync does not specifically support the M8.

I continue this thread without open a new one.

    1) I tried Missing Sync, it doesnt recognize the phone, doesnt work with CE.
    2) About iTunes Sync the problem is solved with iTuneMyWalkman, it may work also with iPhoto.
    3) Still nothing for Calendar and Contacts?

It's important for me to sync my contacts because I dont have them in the sim, so my phone, actually, doesnt have any contact .

Is there a way to export contacts to a windows format, so I can sync them with my m8?

    Thank you everyone.

You can export contacts to a vcard file in adress book and then import that file to outlook if you have acces to a windows pc.
I also tried windows inside parallel desktop without any luck.
    Me too have no contacts

i use itune my walkman, and when you plug the phone in, a menu pops up, offering you, to sync with iTunes, sync with iPhoto, mount or unmount.

Good news, M8 reads Vcards, so you just have to export the contacts as Vcards and let M8 read them, and u'll have your contacts (but no sync).
