Does att and/or t-mobile wap and mms work with the M8

I just got my M8 lol I need to get a plan with it but I want to ensure that whatever provider I get a contract with works with the settings on the phone, so I was wondering who all hass had sucess using either of the services. I did a search of the forums and saw some people having problems getting t-mobile to work but idk if they got them resolved. Thanks a head of time for your responces :D

Personally, I would go with T-Mobile for better plans, but I am not sure about the MMS and WAP settings on the M8 for either carrier since I have no experiences with them. I also do not own an M8, so I can only help to a certain extent.

Im using att on my M8, and wap works well for me. I havnt tried mms yet but those settings are shared with wap.

M8 does not have 3G, so it really does not matter which service you go with...
For money sake, you can use the EDGE on TMo, and just get the $5.99/month plan and you would be set....
MMS has not worked yet for me, I am on TMo... but everything else is working OK...

I am still on the 0903-2 FW, did the upgrades 2-3 times, but with the GPRS & incoming call issue, I am not going to upgrade till I can receive a call while GPRS is active...

I've been waiting to buy one and have not seen it yet.

Some of us bought our M8s on eBay, most of us had contacts in China who bought it for us.

My M8 works well in Texas using AT&T. The only thing I have not tried yet is messaging. The caller ID does not appear to be working tho.

For Caller ID to work, you are going to have to work a little.
Do the active Sync with the PC, make sure you have MS Outlook installed on ther machine.
Backup the contacts... then for every entry... add one with a "1" infront.
For example, for a 281-222-1515 as the Mobile #, add 1-281-222-1515 as a work Number.
After you are done, each # in the directory should have one with a 1 infrom
nt of it....
After you are done re-sync with the phone, ...
Once you are done doing this... your caller ID will start working...

thanks guys :D I got t-mobile today and EDGE is working fine ha ha just gotta figure out mms lol

I have at&t cannot get edge to work, anything i need to add to the setting?

Aahhhmmmm.... The M8 Crack... maybe....

already did the m8 crack, wifi do work not edge, think it have to with the setting GPRS not sure though

You have to turn wifi off before you can use EDGE/GPRS.

Also make sure your GPRS settings are correct.
