    would u send your phone back to china for repair?honestly

    hi,frm singapore here,sigh my girlfriend spilled water on my m8,no choice but to open up the phone quickly kuz the screen started to flicker with vertical lines showing up.manage to save it but i messed the back housing kuz i forced it apart,kind of a big gap now between the back n front piece on one side now.anyway,would any of you send your phone back to china for repairs?my friends say im crazy.

    I wouldn't have any problem sending it to someone I personally knew in China.
    Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

    I got mine thanks to colleagues working in China so I guess I'll send them back if I had any issue with my M8

    Singapore is relatively close, and if I had good contacts I would have no problem about sending it back.

    If this happens again next time, just quickly remove the battery and put your phone in a closed container with some silica gel packets and it should be fine in about a week. Water is not damaging unless the phone is on, so there was no need to open it.
    If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.

    Seriously, I beleive it can be repaired easily and fast, so same advice as the other fellows here, send it to someone you know in China for repair.

    You could probably bend back most of the plastic casing so it doesn't look too bad. You might be able to buy another M8's backplate from somebody's broken M8 off of an auction site.
