    Test version with WiFi: yes.
Official version without WiFi: unconfirmed, but probably not.

    Yes it does.
It is Quad band... although officially it is stated to be just Dual Band.
I have mine working with T-Mobile here in TX.

We don't know yet how many bands the official version will have.
Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

    Please don't confuse the issue.

There are 2 M8s, official and test. You have a test version; it works in the US because it's quad band. The test version was never "officially stated" as dual band because the test version was never an official product. All references to dual band on Meizu's website were reserved for the official phone for the time it was to be released.

And the official version may really be dual band; I have heard the 850/1900 bands are locked out. If that's true, obviously it won't work in the US and a number of other countries.

Again, if you want an M8 that works in the US and/or need the 850/1900 bands, buy a version advertised with WiFi.
