Active Sync 4.5 not work on Active Sync 4.5 beta

Active Sync 4.5 (I've tried CD Driver version and English version from MS website) not work on my operation system (Windows 7) but can sync with window media player 12, afterCompatibility Trobleshooting it still not work
question1: Do I need to Install MS office 2007?
question2: Is anyone have problem like this and fixed it?

or should I go back to Vista again? (Which I don't want to)

I've searched with key word "Active Sync 4.5 windows 7" and don't find any related post so with this post won't be dupe post

Why Active Sync 4.5 with Windows 7???

I'm not completely sure since I don't use Vista, but ActiveSync is only for XP and below. Vista and Windows 7 should have a Mobile Device Center instead, which is basically the same thing.

For MS Vista and MS 7 of the Active Sync 4.5 is not suitable. Search Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center 6 for Windows Vista (32-bit).
