Should I Wait For Official Version Or Buy Test Version?

I've been browsing these forums for a couple years now, waiting for the M8, just never made an account or posted...

I was wonderng If I should buy one of the test versions out right now since they have Wifi or if I should wait for an official version?

There will not be Wifi on the official version correct?

I heard a lot of people have bugs with the test version, but once the official version comes out, wont the test versions be able to install the official version M8's firmware so it won't have any bugs either?

Eins, I don't know where you are getting you info from. But Meizu have been adamant about their stance on the International market. They don't want a part of it at the moment. They have said it on numerous occasions. They won't be releasing an international version for quite some time, if at all.

Perhaps you should choose your words more carefully; otherwise, could you please cite your sources?

Meizu may be stretched in resources and therefore hobbled in their ability to bring another version of the M8 to market, but I find it ludicrous they would be "adamant" about not selling the M8 abroad.

I could pull out this little tidbit from a Meizu forum moderator with an @meizu.com email address:

The oversea version is under testing, not available for sale.
Given Meizu's development timeline, though, I choose to take everything unofficial coming out of Meizuland with a grain of salt.

Also, when the M8 gets released in Hong Kong, Macau and/or Taiwan -which from their website leads you to believe they have every intention of doing- you better believe it'll be a full-on version with the firmware localization quirks/bugs ironed out. A crippled M8 with Beijing-or-bust issues would go over about as well as stale seafood and PLA missiles in those parts.

Granted, if it came down to an urgent need to satisfy an M8 craving, I'd buy it now instead of waiting who knows how long.

If the m8 is successful i think they might contemplate it.

What's with you picking on my posts recently? Yu are taking what I am saying out of context also.
