If you didn't see it in specifications, where did you see it? I don't understand where this question stems from?
It's sorta like asking whether or not the M8 can cook brownies for you, no?Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsMy goodness! it seems the only reason Meizu is still in business is because morons go around spreading BS.
I heard a 16GB version of the 'international release' M8 with Wifi, Radio, GPS and 3G will be available at a New Jersey Wallmart next week. All interested should go line up and then stampede...

Now your just playing it a bit, sorry for my placement of words, but you shouldnt run around and judging a full company on the base of rumors.
I for one, being an M8 fanatic, havent seen many of any specifications mentioning the full specs of the 16gb version. Or for that matter, any other statements about sales in any other place than China.
And with the Iphone having planted its piano painted rear on the US and European market, its not likely that anyone except the few fanatics that we are, will get the M8 outside of China.

Thanked 14 Times in 10 Poststhats is an excellent analogy...
but it's really getting annoying how these threads keep popping up! i don't know how many times i've been excited, only to find it's false info. i actually remember seeing the news about the network license, and just thinking it was a scam! it turned out to be waja2000 (who is a very reliable source) but you see where im going? this is happening too much!

And that is why you can refer to the specification sheets here and at Meizu's English website.

hahahaha
whatever ... my thoughts... even m8 has radio its no use for someone in China with M8 that dont understand chinese ..... like me.... hehehe... but for 16GB hmmm its good to grab 1, even the price will for sure be more than 2.5K RMB.

Thanked 1 Time in 1 PostAlthough there are no official specifications that include FM radio for the M8, it might not be that difficult to include such a feature through software. I say this because I remember reading that the iphone has been upgraded with FM radio merely by using the appropriate software and the headphone lead as an arial. Then there are all the iphone look alikes from China, like the CECT i9, that have FM radio, so it cannot be that hard to implement.

Thanks for using a thread that has been dead for half a year...;-)
I can't find the specified thread, but I think I remember that you actually need a certain hardware for FM radio. The M8 does not have that tuner, so it's not possible to listen to radio, unfortunately.

I would love to see a piece of software that is able to receive FM radio without using any hardware ! Nobel price worthy.
