DUAL SIM on m8 ??

i´ve uploaded a new video to youtube showing the firmware 0.9.0.4 switching:

would be interesting to know wich dual sim adapter you use and also if edge is working..

Almost every chinese phone have two sim card slot don't know why the M8 only have just one.
Maybe the M9 will have two sim card slots.

EDGE is working after cracking it aswell i guess...i´m not really using it...

Could anyone who have been using the adapter share us about the battery standby time?

I was told that this kind of adapter consumes almost 2 times battery power.

Is the phone standby time reduce significantly?

short answer: no it isn´t!

i´m using the manual switch and couldn´t see any difference in battery lifetime. I guess there will be a difference if you will use the automatic switch because the mobil will search for network more often!!

It's on the M8
Phone > Settings > Sim Manager > STK Application

i´m not absolutely sure because i bought my card a half year ago?! But i think that every digital adpater will work! They aren´t that much different i guess...

arrgh, like in the screenshots, I see.... that was a mix of blind and stupid I think

and i always read SDK Applikation not STK, so I thougth some created a third party app...

Do you know allready if you're one works ? I also bought one, dit cut my two sim's now getting the message NO SIM.

Have to say that te package is nice, it also contains 2 adapters for placing the cut SIM back in the original phone

I have bad experience with dual-sim adapters from ebay...
Last month i bought two of these adapters. In a few weeks they didnt work anymore, i think they are not very stable. So i will not buy this adapter anymore, though it wasnt so expensive.

Okay, can you recommend another ?
