WinCE Internet browser on M8

Just found this on the chinese bbs, and it works great.
Go to Documents > Windows > explorer.exe
Then View > Address bar, type in a website address and hit Enter.
You can use Wifi too.

lol, very, very nice. is that just another way of accessing the internet, or have you just found an easter egg implemented by meizu to get wifi in?

is it possibile in any browser to configure a proxy for wifi?

oh... i thought this is already the upgrade for the internet browser to set the font/character to the desired size...... still waiting....

It's not pretty, but hey, if it works, it works. Hopefully Mozilla will get mobile Firefox onto WinCE.

I guess we could use some sort of registry hack or desktop manager to get an icon of explorer.exe on the desktop?

It is just IE, and Opera is much better...

Should the flash lite patch not allow to viw flash files in the Win CE Explorer?

If you want to directly start IE just run iesample.exe in the Windows directory

Advanced settings : control.exe in windows directory too
