M8 Drivers and Software

Dear All,
I bought this cell during a business trip in China...I think it is FANTASTIC...
I don't have much time to test all features, but it's fit perfecly to my needs.
I have some question, pls don't get mad at me if this may be a repost...this is the 1st time I connect to this forum.
My questions are:
- is there any software I can use to interface my m8 with my pc? (OS is XP)
- is there any driver available? If yes, where? I am able to use it as memory stick and webcam, but I can't interface with agenda or contacts.
- is there any firmware update for my M8? I don't know how to check current version.

I tried to connect to that site, but I can't download, I get a chinese message, it looks it can't find the webpage.
Any suggestion?
