Thats odd! Try it again.....BTW you have to wait(it redirects you to rapidshare).
Here: Only program - No installation needed just copy extracted miomap file to your sd card (M8).

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsCan the M8 use internet from an adhoc wifi network or Bluetooth PAN? Also, does it run without a SIM card inserted, or if it runs, are there any annoying error messages when the SIM card is not detected? I would like to get a M8 just as a mp3 player.
I also read up top that someone tried MIOMAP and it doesn't work; are there any other GPS apps working other than Route66? I hate that app; while the routing capability is acceptable, it is not very user friendly and is very rigid in terms of route planning compared to iGo, etc. I like Destinator as well, i'll see if I can find an ARM version of that.
Thanks!Last edited by aron; 01-02-2009 at 09:37 PM.

Thanked 26 Times in 5 PostsI don't know about the ADHoc WiFi or bt pan 'coz I've never tried them.
M8 would display "No SIM" if there is no sim card inserted, and nothing more will happen unless you try to do something that needs a GSM network. So you can use M8 as a mp3 player well.
As far as I know only R66 runs well... maybe after the SDK released, there would be some other GPS navigation software.

Thanked 30 Times in 17 Postsnope, the opera desktop should score 100/100 as i heard, though on my computer it only does 84. maybe some setting problem. usually mobile browsers are crap (just try nokia's built in browser, it does around 40~).
