M8 released in Shenzhen!!!

According to this page at pconline, the m8 has been released in Shenzhen. I don't know if it is official or what exactly they have, but this quote says it has been released:

So what is the difference between the demo unit and the final release, beside on the demo unit is "not for sale"?
If the demo unit is not for sale, is it correct that we get no warranty on it?

The only difference is in the package
Everything else is the same as the final version including warranty.

And whats about export? Are they allowed to export also the test units to european shops or is there the problem of missing the license?

Exporting it won't have any changes or difference based on it being a test version or retail. Meizu have no control over what can be exported.
