For sure Iphone will more clear in direct sunlight, Ip display is semi-transparent + semi-reflection screen
semi-transparent + semi-reflection screen in color saturation will more bad, but in strong light reflection screen(m8) can see more clear,

for mobile phone, after consider pros and cons, in next m8 version will use semi-transparent + semi-reflection screen screen.

that because M8 web browser still no optimazing.
Not only exists on speed problem to load website, on forum open thread and the reply, the frame adapts, changes professions automatically the typesetting, downloading, the media playing and also have the problem, following we will hardward working to make it more perfectly. (new firmware will improve it)

Wince is support 1600K color, due to currently m8 hardware not enought strong, if full support 1600K color, system running speed will become not smooth.

They are kind of walking the path of the iPhone now. With the only difference that apple doesn't listen so well to its fans. The day I see Steve Jobs answering on a forum is the day I see flying pigs.

I found the lack of gps the deal killer, but I'm willing to wait on the second generation which has all the improvements. Imaging it dual boots android as well . If some dodgy Chinese company can do it then so can Meizu.

I don't believe than they requires 40minutes or more to do one unit of rim frame, it's simply impossible.
BTW, I think it's stupid make this frame with CNC. Aluminium is perfect for forge, with a simple mold.
Also, with CNC 40 minutes is too much for this simple part.

He waja, what was the comment about the difference in relation to the price between the 8gb and the 16gb. What price do they say both will be at present. Specifically the 16gb one please.

I totaly agree with J. Wong. Sure the Iphone is a very nice device. IMHO (at the time of writing) the only usable phone with a touch sensitive screen/UI combination available. Hopefully there will be a strong contender in near future. But the M8 could also be compared with some HTC device. The TouchFlo-UI-thing is nearly unusable to me. The most important thing at the end is the usability. So lets start comparing this too.

J.Wong just want best quality of rim frame, and mold can't meet JWong requirement, alot fans same with you, think that JWong is crazy, a simple rim frame use high cost CNC process to make it. but That is JWong. he always make sure high quality product for his fans.

16Gb = 2880rmb
8GB = 2380rmb

difference is about 500rmb

I think 50 €uro for 100% more capacity arent too much!!

It is not if you know an 8gb microSD card sells for 18$ (14.2€). But he mentioned a good reason.

And 16GB NAND FLASH for about 10$ when bought in bulk.
