Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsAlso, is it true the m8 is officially coming out on December 8? Is this official because in most reviews it says yes. Is this true because I didn't hear of this?

There will be an online database of applications for the M8.
However, I fear the download speeds will be slow as the server will most likely be in China.
The programs are going to be in whatever language the programmer creates it in.Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

Yeah, Err0r's right. Sending data halfway across the world takes time, so make sure you have a lot of it before downloading any apps.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsI think when people realise that the Meizu server is very slow, they'll download the apps and upload to other servers like megaupload or rapidshare, for example.

Except that it won't happen, as the M8 software for downloading apps is built-in and locked into the phone.

Maybe if enough Americans get it, there will be a "Jailbreak" for the M8.

Well if there is some way for me to download them faster here(China) and then upload them onto a more preferable site, then I have not problems doing it

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsIt won't be hard to install it yourself I guess, as the software might even be opensource. Also, it's possible to run the WLAN and EDGE crack on it, so it'll be possible to run self-written programs.
Also, if Meizu did lock it out, nothing is uncrackable.
