    M8 headset?

The only thing we know so far is that the device got a 3.5mm jack plug for the headset. Does anyone know how this is going to work? Will it be the same system as the iPhone 3G uses (normal 3.5mm length, only the first connector is divided into two), or will it be completely different. I've found the headset's name somewhere on this forum but when I google it I don't find anything useful.

Anyway, if it uses the same system as the iPhone 3G (which I guess so, because it works great) it would most likely be possible to use 'iPhone-compatible' headsets on it, no? I've been using in-ear Creative Ep-630's with my M6 now and I am not really looking forward to having normal earphones again.

Also, anyone knows whether the playback will work the same way? JW somewhere said you would be able to skip/pause/change/etc songs and volume using the button on the microphone. If it works the same, or at least the buttons works the same, I thought it'd make sense to use one of those iPhone compatible (seeing no big company will release headsets for a relatively unknown company like Meizu) earphones with in-ear buds.

    For example I've found those:
Ultimate Buds*::*Products*::*Ultimate Buds UB3 iPhone headset which seem to be using the same design and sound driver as the Creative EP-630's.

We only know it will come with a headset which will function as a remote control too (it's name is EP-20). I have a Creative EP-630 too, and I hope you can attach the remote control part to it...

I hope that there will be an extension cord/controller with built-in mic that you can plug any 3.5mm device into. It works great with my friend's SE W580i.

M8 headset is in one piece, something like what your put UB3 iphone headset, just in white color. and the remote controller just only have one button to run the skip/pause/change/etc songs and taking or reject call functions.

The M8 headset might use bluetooth too. At least the phone has bluetooth and the headset seems to have real much on it for a 3,5mm jack.

Bluetooth speakers suck. You'd ned to have BT on on your phone (kills battery) and you would have to recharge your earphones all the time. Also, I wonder whether the sound quality will be as good as with a decent wire.
