For public open testing at month end, 2380rmb deposit, user can be apply from our dealer which will be listed in our new website and sign the test agreement, in agreement , with in i week tester can return the m8 and get the refund, tester can't reply the open test again, and can't change to official release version.
More than 1 week, we not accept return of m8, tester will responsibility for the phone without license. we just responsible for after sales support.

Yes, the hardware spec for open testing and official version is same.
delaying by license, we will have risk(law on open testing) but better than we waiting to dead, moreover it's also give our national dealer go to dead.
after getting license, we will stop the open testing.

整体性能跟cpu以外的其他因素有很大关系,高了也没用反而功耗加大很多,ip也只锁定在40 0MHz
M8 not heating, cpu lock down at 533Mhz,

The CPU cap isn't that shocking, I guessed there would be a good reason that Apple did it. It should have more processing power than the iPhone though
