Does anyone know if it will be possible to install Live Messenger on the M8, like on the htc touch? I've read something about MSN on the M8 a few months ago, but I can't find the topic anymore...

I'm 90% sure it will be compatible with meebo if you can't use MSN on the phone itself.

Thanked 1,024 Times in 375 PostsMeebo doesn't work...at least you can't send messages because it doesn't have a send button, and the M8 doesn't have an Enter button

Ebuddy works fine

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsThat's just ridiculous...i mean no msn or even a possibility to install it. I know that wince is better than winmo but at least you can install what ever software you like.

Whoa, really? I'll go to the store, buy a Windows Mobile device, and install Photoshop CS4, Crysis, and even some Apple App Store stuff. Then it should work. Right?

Right, but Crysis has a few bugs which limits it to .0000000000000000000000000000000000009 FPS.

This is probably another case of -to paraphrase Spock- the needs of the many outweighing the needs of the few. Accessing your preferred IM service through your mobile phone just isn't that important/useful in China. To now, text messaging rules the airwaves.
Even if nothing is bundled with the M8, no doubt there will be 3rd party apps available eventually. My vote is for QQ to show up first.

Wait... I thought a MSN client was to be included. When did this change?

Thanked 1,024 Times in 375 PostsNo, the only thing he said is there will be a customized version of MSN for M8. That's it...

Then I don't see why people are worrying? If he hasn't canceled development on the MSN client, it will most likely be released.
