Question about guarantee

will there be any possibility to send the M8 back to the producer , and get the phone repaired or a new one if the phone has any problems ( touchscreen doesn't work right for example ) ?????
thats the only point im a bit worried about ...
i got still 1 question : will the m8 release in europe before christmas ???? would be the first christmas im realy looking forward to after years =)

why would there be no warranty?

That's why it's best to wait for European resellers to make it available. For example, here in Holland we have a company CoolBlue which got a lot of shops, one of them being MP3Shop, which sells MP3 players (also from foreign markets) with a great service and guarantees. They also got a shop named smartphoneshop. It's smarter to wait for those companies, importing it yourself would be faster but also more risky.
