2)I prefer a non-removable battery , Means the devices is probably thinner and wont fall apart in my pocket.
it was said that there was no space to implement memory expansion slot into m8. They could have better included it insead of removable battery

I've had 4 or 5 Nokia phones and never ever have I had any problem like that. Even the back lid to cover the battery has never come loose. And I do put the phone in my pocket (coat, pants, jeans, you name it).

许可证还没拿到,
m8生产备料要占用很多资金
前期没钱做广告

JW: I still not getting license (network Access License). M8 production meterial use alot our budget, so i early stage we not have budget for M8 advertisement。

JW:because to protect dealer with already together with Meizu many year, in first 6 month of M8 on market i not adding more dealer, but sell M8 required more fund than Mp3, i worry them(dealer) their fund is enought or not.

I believe the M8 will sell well by word of mouth through the Internet alone.

Is a license even needed to sell outside of China?

I've mentioned my worries over Meizu's (relatively) anemic sales and support network in China; good to hear J Wong is worried, too. On the plus side, you have sites like NewEgg China and Joyo (Amazon in China); on the less-than-plus side, you have the untamed wilderness of Taobao. For bricks and mortar shops, you have the little kiosks and sales counters in electronics and computer malls. Compare that to the almighty power of Nokia, Sony, et al., which are sold literally everywhere: department stores, China Mobile centers, nationwide electronics retailers, hypermarkets/supermarkets like Carrefour and their Chinese equivalents, and the smaller phone retailers that line the streets in every commercial area. Basically the same David v. Goliath scenario that's been discussed to death with other aspects of the M8's development.

But again, good to hear Meizu is paying attention; no problems with the dedicated fans, but they'll need the extra sales training, after sales support -not to mention some new sales outlets- to win over new fans.

The guys in ties must be suppliers

we not have budget for M8 advertisement。

Actually the publicity of the M8 can turn out to be cheaper enough than Meizu thinks and it is a simple excuse...

The fans of Meizu surely would help to this publicity by means of Blogs, speaking with the people or even creating images to announce the MiniOne or M8, but not this service is not going to go out free, but the expenses destined for publicity or marketing reduce the price of the M8.

It is necessary to have more real information of the M8 because everything looks like a speculation without clarifying anything, only internal interfaces....

They've already gotten somewhat unwanted attention in an issue of Popular Science, "Meet the iClone".

It's seriously awesome The shell (buttons, progress bars, etc) is very nice as well. I think it's way better then iPhone's bussinesslike interface.

Looking at the 2G and the WiFi icons in the left top corner, it's either one of them. I have not seen a single screenshot that has them both. Maybe this means the M8 will automatically disable 2G when it found a WiFi network, and enable 2G again when it's out of the WiFi's range. That would be nice, also for the battery.

I gotta say though it is looking very nice, the interface is very slick, looks far better than android IMO. I really hope the first version comes with an english language option.

I can only repeat myself saying that the english interface is under construction, meaning they are probably working on it right now! Stop worrying about it.

Do you have a source for that? Something like a quote from JW or a screenshot?

I have noticed the little button under the keyboard that switches between 'CH' and 'EN'.
