I think that's just another item (album) at the top of the list view which is making it look like that.
Maybe they should add a shadow to the title bar. It would look cool, and make it easier to distiguish from the list items.

If you mean the bar where the time is, look carefully: on the top left side of the screen (so bottom left on the picture) there's more album, just scrolled outside visibility. So nothing the matter.

edit: Great, you were a few seconds quicker, Traps. :P I guess it'll be more clear when it's not such a crappy picture. ;D

What I meant that it's thicker at both ends, and at the bottom right corner too... maybe just a reflection but looks weird. Agree on the title bar shadow though.

edit: nevermind that's just the camera lcd's shadow

That doesn't sound good to me... (JW's words) 100 in a week means end of November (400 M8) and that's just the beta version

How do you know that it's just the beta version?

Well, it's not the official version because there's still 400 left of the test machines, so I figured...
Test version, beta version... Don't know if there's a difference.

Why would you want to buy a beta version?

This sounds like a little more stalling/delaying if you ask me...

If it turns out to be the real deal, then it's obvious it may take a while before it's easy to import the product.

oh yeah i just remenber that it's the third batch

first batch= 20

second batch= 80

third= 400

So the m8(not beta version) will be produced in december after the third batch??

Only time will tell... not JW...

if they want to released a version really better than the beta version it will be impossible for them to released the final m8 before 2008 too bad IMO

It's really a long time ago since my last post, and I'm really surprised about all those who are still awaiting for the release of the meizu minione.We are talking about a delay of two years since the first time I heard about the M8!The Iphone gets it's second generation yet, and Meizu told us two years ago that they would release M8 before Apple do it with the first Iphone!Come on guys, wake up from your deep dream, two years is the normal life operating time for any cell phone, and we still have no news about M8 release!Keep dreaming about those marvellous specifications of a windows CE based device, meanwhile I bought yet my AMAZING Iphone 3G.

While the pictures are a nice thing to see, I find myself coming on here for about 2 minutes everyday just to look at the latest post section on the right of the main page. I don't even bother to read anything else on the site any more as its simply depressing. Yet again our known release date seems to be pushed back even though we were told that the end of November would be the latest release for the retail product. At the moment I have started to look at alternative devices, not the iphone though as it quite simply isn't appealing to me. To be honest, I think the M8 has lost much of it's appeal since so many features have been taken away and I no longer feel it is as good as it should have been. I don't need 3G so it wouldn't bother me about that, but things like no OTG(to name one thing of many) have made the M8 less desirable and quite frankly not worth the price tag. While some may argue that you still get things like the huge display, well its useless if i have to pay for movie files that will work on it because normal file wont work because of problems with the phone. This means if I don't pay, I have to use a lower resolution file which defeats the purpose of having the higer resolution screen in the first place. And just recently the size has been matched/outdone by another mobile company.

Anyway I won't be buying a new phone for a while but the M8 is no longer the top of my list. But if it does get released, I will try help you guys out if I can. As I have stated before, I live in China so I can send one to anyone who wants one provided you pay all the necessary cost it takes for the phone to get from the shop to your hand.

Bcos Meizu not also don't know went can hv release date for M8, they can't comfirm went can get Network Access license Approval. but they expect end of November.
