Some info I gathered from Cat QQ's comments:
These infos were translated by google translation, so maybe I got something wrong. Anyway, here they are:

    - M8's sound quality is better than the M6's
    - support for mkv, mpeg, avi, rmvb (currently not smooth)
    - 1000 kbps and above are playing smooth (JW said earlier that 1500 kpbs is also fine)
    - the display's surface is very hard
    - screen is first-class, colors are very nice
    - you can adjust the font size in ebooks
    - gravity sensor is present, and working in Pictures, Web Browser, Ebooks, etc...

Also said that it definetely worth the wait and price

    Hi, got a question.
The answer will surely be "no one knows" but I'll still ask.
Will the keyboard be a "frozen" QWERTY? In france we need AZERTY and special characters such as é, ç ù, à... So will we be able to change the keyboard layout and get these characters or are we F....D ?

    Thanks

Yeah, who knows...probably I don't think that would be too hard to do. Maybe with the SDK we'll be able to change these things, but I'm not sure.

Likely the same as in WinMo 03, 5, 6 and regular windows OS's where you can change that by tweaking some registry entries.

That's how Windows had ever worked and works right now.
Internet has an answer for every question out there, not likely to be always the answer you're looking for.

    @ nice2know_u

From the first picture, it seems that the M8 will support Japanese alongside Chinese and English, who knows what else they might implement.

From the second one, if my Chinese is not too rusty, it says in order:

    Title Bar: Windows Mobile Center
    Install Software
    Photo, Music transfer
    File Transfer
    Sync Settings

I think so. Just look if the M8 is out at the site from Microsoft. But, as this is an modified OperatingSystem, they'll probably have changed some menus / programs. This will mean the language packs from Microsoft wont fit 100% with the Meizu M8 interface & programs... Only time will tell

Let's hope for something like the Resource Editor, so we can implement our own languages ourselves

ROFLMAO! True, most Chinese players have crappy translations, but for the most part on the M6, it's quite accurate. Now, whoever designed their English website must have spoken Engrish.
