The price of M8

J.W took a vote for the price of M8 on 1st Oct. 54% voters chose 2080, 22% chose 2380 and 15% chose 2580, J.W said he tended to 2380yuan. As to the date to release, J.W replied, in late Oct or early in Nov.

54% on 2080, why not, but thats for 8GB or 16GB?
At least it's great to hear there is a more specific date this time.

Well...I could pay 3000 RMB for a 16GB version. No problem
I though the M8 would be a bit more expensive but this is nice too.
Yes they could raise the price a bit, but they really don’t need to without reason so.
We need then more features like more incl. licensed software like as mentored in another thread.
I just think it’s far too late asking for hardware Improvements because the M8 is maybe now very close too it’s release.

erm we are europeans or americans... pls think about the asian ppl... i think they dont earn as much money as we do and meizu basically sells in asia.... =) but ye its good for us anyway =)

Chinese yuan

RMB = Renminbi, meaning "money of the people"
The "money of the people" is measured in Yuan

So to keep things simple: RMB = Yuan

100 RMB is about 10.5 Euros
100 RMB is about 14.6 US Dollars

For Europeans easy to convert... just devide by roughly 10
For Americas... Lets see what the bank crisis does to the Dollar before we convert anything
