Since the production of the M8 is yet again put on hold, you probably have to wait another year or so. Pricing isn't finalized yet.

Right away (well not exactly right away, have to wait for shipping). People will list the M8, once it's commercially available in China on eBay and it will be imported into the US, for sale on online stores.

Do you think went m8 sell in US, Apple will sue Meizu for cloning iphone ? i worry Apple will sue Meizu in many country..

Those copyright laws are for the US only, not China.

meizu is basically not an iPhone anymore, it's been changed so much, the UI, the looks, the buttons, th graphics its completely different phone now

Apple could sue a lot of companies for making phones that look alike.
