M8 (MiniOne) Patent Application

As stated on the front page of this site, Meizu has filed for a patent of the design of the m8..

And heres a few pics of the front cover (from the patent application) notice the 3 buttons around the Meizu 'M':

Too bad it's one year old

Looks like four buttons to me btw unless you can't push the "M".

And if that's the case it seems a bit strange to me. Not really instinctively that is.
