Hey, I can't wait til the m8 is out, I really want to get it. So I have a few specific questions which some members of the board might be able to answer.
1) I'm pretty sure I read that the answer is no but will it ever come out where I live? (the UK)
2) does it have an accelerometer like the iPhone so you can turn it and shake it etc to provoke responses.
3) If it doesn't come out in the UK, is there anywhere i could import it from where it would accept a UK network and work with normal ringing and texting and maybe sending picture or video messages.
4) I know it *should* support wi-fi, but does that mean I can browse the internet properly from my router for free, and view flash/video/java content?
5) Will it be as customisable as a jailbroken iPhone /iPod touch?
6) If I import it will the language be in english (I imported my M6
)
I think that's it.
Thanks

1. Maybe.
2. Yes, a "movement sensor" according to CEO Jack.
3. Yes, it will be all over the internet.
4. If it does, then yes.
5. It should be more customizable (just like the M6 compared to an iPod).
6. Yes, there will be an English option. Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsOk, but I just want to be sure on the statistics. I found this quote aimed at a guy from the US that asked about networks:
I live in the UK, does that mean the mobile phone frequency happens to be the same here? Meaning that all features of a chinese phone ie messaging video talk etc would work with a UK sim card?
And that includes 3G and MMS.
Thanks for your helpLast edited by thestrangestick; 01-18-2008 at 04:49 PM.

...Although the M8 (at least the initial versions) will NOT support 3G.
