No, they will be so small that you'll need to carry a pocket sized magnifying glass to see them. You'll have to buy a separate nano-robot to be able to click any keys.

...but nano-robots don't listen to me.
I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.

Yes they will be. As you can see on the released pictures Meizu copied the iPhone Interface and so they will also copy the keys. it will look like this I suppose:

    Here is why:

    1. Would a manufacturer release a product whose keys are so small they are unusable? No.
    2. Do we know more than you about the M8? No, all information is public.

    Copying the iPhone interface

If meizu is copying the iPhone interface, why would they be using Windows Mobile on their phone. Windows Mobile already has a dialing interface built in so how would Meizu copy the iPhone? Are you talking because you will have to touch to screen to dial and there wont be any buttons or tactile feedback... don't think the iPhone was the first on that one.

Are you saying they copied the iPhone because its icon based? Well then the iPhone copied Xerox.

Now if you go with the "commonly used buttons" being at the bottom of the screen well then you can look at the palm devices that have the touch area at the bottom with the device that you press on to activate those functions.

(Note the applications, calculator, ect... at the bottom)

There are so many products in this world that few are ever truly original. Designers are influenced by what they see and what their audience desires.

I dont agree on point 1
there are a lot of touchscreen product out there with buttons to small you need a needle sized stylus to operate it... thats why i havent been interested in them yet... I want to be able to operate my touchsreen device using my fingers, not an extra accessory

about point 2: agreed all we can do is wait and see what they come up with

Now that we've established that the keys are in fact large enough I have 2 other questions. Will there be crystal cases available for this phone? and Are there nice little animated menus?

they are bigger on m8 than on iphone, because it has 7 keys each row and moves some key to a new row, which means its keyboard is not a standard qwerty board
