ther is no DMB function network-thing is europe is there?

and in some other countries too, but I'm not sure if it's the exact same standard.

Most of Europe should be using DVB-H for mobile television.
But at the moment it looks like Denmark is out, since the government plans to use the frequency for ordinary television.
But I don't think that minione is going to support dvb-h, if there is any tv support, it might be an eastern standard.

No , its supports dvb-h , As stated in the specs.
