So I just thought about this...
When/if the M8 comes out where would the US customers buy it without getting raped? We might want to start now to setup or find a reliable source that won't rape us. Any ideas?

First of all please refrain from using the word "raped" I'm no feminist but living with my sister and mom and my best friend being a girl has tought me that the term can very easily be found offensive outside of the appropriate context.
Secondly the term raped is laden with ambiguity. What exactly do you mean by that?Last edited by SoulspeedX; 09-22-2007 at 01:17 PM.

Myself and the other sellers here will all have the M8 when it is released. I've spoken with Dane-Elec, and there is a good chance they will also have the M8 as well for the EU and North American markets.
Ebay is always an option, but then if there is a warranty claim needed, you have to track down and return to the seller since Meizu won't deal directly with customers.
And of course there is a markup for sellers, both inside and outside of China. But, in the case of those of us outside of China, we also have to deal with the cost to import the goods, which unfortunately adds to the price. But, for that little bit of extra money, you also get support and response that you won't get from many ebay sellers.
I will make a profit, or else I wouldn't be doing this. But, I will also be as fair and competitive as I can, regardless of the product.
