M8 fixing

I sent my phone to this address because the screen has died but the company that was responsible for contacting the person does not answer me more , as I really like this device I would like to get him back, if someone can find me a way to communicate with Qin NianRui on how to proceed to have the device back to me i will thank for the rest of my life .

What i want was only a email or some way to contact the people responsible por the fixing, but ok, i'm going to buy a M9 and stop trying to get my other cell.
