Please Help! Sound problem on Meizu M8!?

Hello everybody! I have a problem on my Meizu M8. It's sound doesnt work time by time. If I restart 2-3 times or remove battery for a while it comes normal again. Is it strange software bug or could be problem on device?

Try to reinstal firmware or you could try to install android so you could see if it is hardware or software problem.

What is your firmware version?

The M8 has a common fault with the headphone socket and the connections inside. The phone will think its in headphone mode when no headphones are plugged in. this will result in no sound at all from any of the speakers.

Try plugging in headphone and wiggling the jack gently around and gently removing to see if normal sound will resume.

i had this problem with my m8. i also found that applying a bit of pressure with a the phone between my thumb and finger in the corner where the headphone socket is located sometimes loosened the faulty connection inside.

search the forum for headphone fault , loads of posts on it.
