lol Learn to spell! I tell you, there is not one complete sentence in your whole post... Anyway, I'm sorry your M8 broke but people who import the M8, or anything else for that matter, from China should not expect proper support because the product isn't meant to be sold out of China to begin with. You should be happy if Meizu replies at all. Just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean everyone did.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsI started to have a problem with my Meizu M8 screen right after the warranty expired, but even though, when i wrote a mail to Meizu, they asked me to send a phone to there factory and promised me to replace the touch screen for free.
I sent it, and they did replace the screen, with no charge. They were very responsive to my mails and helped me with everything that i asked.
My phone is now on it way back to me.
So you should try this also (info@meizu.com), before complaining.

Thanked 5 Times in 2 Postsimho Meizu support far exceeds even the highest expectations. They are willing to repair everything at very reasonable prices (just think of Apple wanting 100s of dollars to repair a minor defect in your phone if the warranty time has been exceeded by a mere few days, or those crap companies that rebrand Onda players etc. and resell them for double price here in Europe – they won't even reply to your mails).
I once had a used M6SP that was back then about 2-3 years old. Meizu would have repaired it for free, I'd only have to pay the few Euros shijpping. Unfortunately I mailed it unregistered and it was probably stolen by a corrupt China taxman.

Sorry to hear of your troubles with your phone, I got my phone over a year ago, one of the first one's not the SE model. Never had any problems with it, until the battery crapped out, bought a new battery and its working just fine again. There have been others that had problems with there phone and sent it back to Meizu. If I were you I would go that route!

hmmm...
i bought this suck phone...
suck is a verb, not an adjective, maybe you meant 'sucky'?
not any more in my life
This sentence has no subject, it is a fragment of a whole sentence, so has no meaning.
i got problem with my lcd display and no one at meizu CE solved that
Who or what is meizu ce? Did you actually contact them or were you just hoping they would know your phone was broken and magically turn up at your parent's front door?
I spent 360 dolars to works fine just 6 months.
You paid someone to let you do work for them? That's not how economies work...
now I have this phone in my draw, and after contacted my supplier they couldn't solve too
You drew a picture of the phone? This could be the why it doesn't work, if it isn't real it won't get much reception. And I am not sure what the guy who sells you weed has to do with it...
really hope apple beat this company down.
Where? In the parking lot behind the local corner store?
Also notice the use of BIG letters, periods and subjects in my sentence. Most people learn about these as a precursor to learning to use advanced electronics.
But ya, sorry to hear about your phone.Last edited by Hughdc; 11-02-2010 at 03:12 PM. Reason: I'm an English teacher in China and I made a typo

Thanked 173 Times in 72 PostsSome people just don't do ANY research before buying a phone like this.
You KNOW that it's software wasn't ready, it's Meizu's FIRST phone, you should have KNOWN that you can't expect an iphone for less money or something like that.
And sending it to Meizu isn't so difficult, there is BIG THREAD here somewhere for sending your broken M8 to Meizu, and i haven't seen anybody complaining about their service.
And yeah, it's your supplier that just isn't that nice, don't blame Meizu, don't you dare to do that!

Thanked 189 Times in 130 PostsProblem these days is that many people do think they know what they do/buy.
But the truth is that most people just buy ´cause of the looks of something, that´s what got the Iphone so popular.
@umarques, as many members pointed out, it seems that you have an issue with your dealer, not with Meizu.
Contact them to obtain an RMA procedure to get your phone repaired soon cause Meizu needed to halt production of M8 so they will run out of stock any day/week/month now.

Thanked 83 Times in 30 Posts@umarques, i would suggest contacting your dealer first. if they don't help, contacting meizu directly. i am sure they(meizu) will solve the issue for you(you have to pay the shipment). that's it, simple?

I completely agree, dont blame meizu for this.
My phone's screen stopped working, so i contacted meizu. They told me to ship it back to the seller, completely smooth until i had to work with the seller.
spent 40 dollars on the shipping. What did i get out of it? nothing. they (THE SELLER NOT MEIZU) opened the package, kept it for a while, and sent it back. Told me to pay a $20 customs fee, when in reality it was already cleared through customs. i mean seriously now i'll have to find a way to fix the **** screen myself, it never even got to meizu and im not gonna waste anymore money trying to get the seller to send it to meizu.
This phone is amazing for the price, if you wanted an iphone, go buy one. and pay the $50+ monthly fee for basic crap.
i would warn against purchasing anything from this seller, but i'd probably get banned for naming names....
