change the imei? locked imei.

i live in turkey. in our country if you bought a mobilephone from the other country it is locked and we cant use. in turkey there is no meizu distribitor so i buy from honk kong. i can use only one mounth than it is locked. i m sad about it.

here is the question. is it any way to change imei? i got a invoice. this is not a stolen m8.

You have to go to your phone card operator and to describe your situation. I think you can't change your IMEI, because the IMEI is there to be there. Go to your phone operator, and say him, that you want use this phone, and that the turkish fu*ing politics didn't allow this.

Lol, but I don't think they can change. Every phone uses a other way to store their IMEI information. LG KS20 uses for example an NV2 file which only can be written with a firmware update.

in my country the pirate cell phone sellers and services are can change the imei number. but theese are the nokia samsung sonyericson.. etc. brands are knows all over the world.. they can change in the flash rom registered new imei from the old or broken phone.
