Clock changes while sync -> wrong Calender

When I sync my meizum8 with my pc, the meizm8 changes its clock to bejing. Because of the changed time, the Outlook <-> calendar sync doesnt work well.
i use fw 0.9.98 und windows 7 64bit

any suggestions? I THink i read once how to fix it but i couldnt find it via the forum search..

use 'Documents'
Browse to /Device/Windows/ (takes a while to open)
search 'control.exe' and execute it.
Double tap 'Date...'
chose the corect timezone
and close this window via the 'OK' button and the control.exe via the grey 'x'
change back into another folder in the filemanager (else the next start of the filemanager takes like forever...)
change the time in 'Settings'.
From now on time sync should be OK until you clear the registry or update the firmware.
