M9 photos leaked by J.Wong

Last night, J.Wong posted 2 M9 photos(very bad quality), one front and one back.
Sooner after his posting, he deleted his words and closed all threads
about his leaks because someone said that should be the job for
marketing department guys but not J.Wong. He replied, "sorry,
my fault. i am just too excited and wanna share with your guys".

the first picture is wrong ... there should be three buttons lighting .. meaning that its a m8 with android (weather its really android 2.1 or just a picture i dont know)
and the second one looks exactly like those renderings that j.wong himself said that they were fake ... so somethings not right here ! and btw the second one looks badly photoshopped ,if anything

after a zoom in view i am certain its a blurred black M8 !!!

I agree, they too blurry that they would be trusted. Also on the second one, the "Meizu M9" is pretty sharp looking than the rest of the picture - more than it would in real conditions. I'm not buying it either. I bet they're fake.

Hm, so J. Wong leaks his own phone but cannot take good pictures of it? Why would he do that? My guess: they realized they cannot release the M9 within the next 12 months, but to keep us (and investors?) busy till then, they "leak" some fake pictures... -_-
Can anybody with some PS-skill try to clarify the third (large) picture?

I say this is quite probable. I wouldnt call those photoshops. And seeing as Jack Wong submitted them i hardly think he would be going through all the trouble passing a M8 of as m9 or making a bad photoshop to trick people.. the third picture looks nice, looks a lot like a one-piece back-cover, and not photoshoped either.

I want to believe! (in a leaked m9 prototype) ^^

Great, no more glossy fingerprint magnet painting on the back! It does look almost identical to the M8 judging by this low quality picture though...

If you look at the top of the unit in 3rd picture you can see the uppermost of the front and the top reflected in the surface. Does that look like something chrome-glossy to you or is it just me?

Also if you take the third picture and play around a bit with brightness and exposure in gimp, photoshop or something like that you still find no trace of any battery-cover crack where it should be.

Looks pretty standard for something taken with a cellphone cam.. There is an oddly clear difference in grain-size in the around the "u". However I am pretty sure given the quality of the picture, the lighting and my editing that should be there.

I'd say this looks pretty real, of course the unti in the picture could be messed with physically :P
Either way if it was really JW who posted this then i dont doubt that this is the m9 or at least a prototype..

Does anybody think, if they would give you an M9 if you send them your old M8 with some additive payment.

I'm asking this because they did the same with M8 FE and M8 SE.

I think that would be nice from them. But only if M9 will be some progressive phone, or with FW 1.0 or higher. But i think that many people will look at the designe of the phone, because if it will not be cooler than M8, they wouldn´t buy it(only my opinion)

It seems they will release the M9 on October but as it's not official I think we'll have to wait more. But I'm waiting for it . M8 is good stuff, M9 will be awesome. I put this picture if there is anybody who can learn chinese and confirm what is wrote...

the mirror photo doesnt make sense, the plate is right next to the mirror, yet the reflection seems to be at least 15 centimetres away, with the phone leaning AGAINST the mirror, the plate must be touching the mirror as well, no?

why would JW give us such shitty photos? Every phone cam should do a better job. He has to own a M8 as CEO of meizu, why he didn't took a photo with the M8, the quality of that would be way better.

the edge of the stone (under the plate) is very close to the mirror. That looks real. But like you said, the plate is too far off the mirror!
If these are really JW realeased, we will get some better/real ones in the near future, if there is a prototype. Because I think many BBS user will push JW to release better ones!
