how to get rid of the welcome to windows ce popup

how to get rid of the welcome to windows ce popup when the phone starts up and when it goes into the key lock

there is no such popup on my M8...
probaly it is from some software or patch you applied?

I was palying around in the control panel

and after that this thing popup and I can not figure out how to get rid of it.

That is not a very clever thing to do is it?
and you did not even remember what settings you changed, right?

Control panel -> Owner settings -> Notes -> uncheck 'display owner notes'
would be my guess.
if you cant see anything because of the keyboard you cann pull the window a bit up...

You were almost right .. what causes problemt was that I had forgotten and erase the my address in owner info. It was Unchect.
