    USB 2.0 Problem.!

    If I connect my Meizu on usb is there: this device can achieve a higher power, but i have usb 2.0. On my external hard drive is not even.
    Can anyone help me.

    hmm, mine is recognized as a 2.0 device...
    Maybe you can try another USB port or another computer to see if there is a problem with the port or the M8?

    I had this once on a PC with Windows XP.
    I used another USB port, and it worked.

    Did you already try that?

    This message is normally shown on a computer that has usb 1.0/1.1 & 2.0 ports available on differents slots.

    So like other members mention : just try to plug it in another port.

    One thing I would suggest is to try another usb cord. The Meizu supplied cord can be damaged very quickly as I found out causing some of information to become corrupt due to the many updates and moving back and fourth of data.

    If your computer is having read write problems try another cord along with everything else.
