Person to contact to repair dead M8

Hi,

I bought my m8 last year in May. To do it short, it's dead: it started in September with no sim card, then a awesome 20mn battery life (really) and now, bad response with the touch screen (no longer react).
I bought it on ebay to someone called kellywu, but the person disappeared and I can't send it back to her to repair it.

I am looking for someone living in China to help me repair it.
I live in Chile, South America and it's not possible to do on place.

If someone can give me a hand that would be great.

Where do you buy your Meizu M8 ?
U have to send it to your reseller and he can give it to meizu !
Or you send Meizu a Mail that your Reseller dont sell phones or u cant contact him cuz he dont do this job anymore...
Maybe u can send a mail to a Meizu Shop, which can help u.

The other way is to find a Chinese Person who will do this job for u .

Im from Germany and I send my Meizu back to my reseller after 1,5 Month i get a new SE =)

Yep, your best and cheapest bet is to try contact Meizu directly.

I contact the Meizu commercial service and exchanged several messages to send it back, at the end they said to me that there would be a problem with send it with the battery. The battery is dead so I need a new one, the sim reader is dead and the touch screen too.
I used it 3 months and then it just died.
Please I need help, the Meizu team doesn't care and didn't answered my last mails.
I need to fix it soon because the guaranty is to end.

I sent you a PM three weeks ago, what happened to the contact I gave you?

if there are other things wrong maybe you can live with buying a new battery seperately (they are not that expensive (~15$))
and send the M8 without battery to be fixed.

You aren't allowed to send batteries (explosion risk) by Chinese law.

What makes you think that Meizu doesn't care? What did you write in the last few emails?

I sent it yesterday... They finally answered my emails. Maybe I had problems with hotmail...

I have a question, since it's impossible to send batteries in China, how can I buy one? They won't sent it to me...
I did send it with the battery, but I put it separately from the phone, the girl from my post office said that was ok like this.

Buying isn't a problem. There are many wholsalers and on Ebay you alsoo find many.
I'd presume you won't get your battery back....i read and heard often from sended accessories which were not send back.

I think its more of a general legal advice.
It is not allowed but everybody does it
and probably Meizu as a real company does not want to get problems for ignoring the law.
Tonns of wholesellers in china sell these batteries from very cheap to totaly overpriced. Even alternative brands are now available...
And it would be a shame if the parcel would not arive because of a battery
