[HELP PLZ] soud disapeares

hi,

it happened to me about 3 times now....meizu plays no sound any more.

After waking up and plugging in my headphones I realize that meizu has no sound.

No Ring / Music ....and so on...

I have checked the mute option...it was off....

after cleaning the registry it works again...

can u help me?

i think is the problme of the hight electric current, this situation happened to me months ago,after i plug and pull out the headphone,the works well

I had the same problem, but after restarting the sound is back.
It happened always after a alarm.
After installing a new fw i don't have this issue any more.

(current fw: 9.6.29)

i had 2 FW before...it still happened....

restarting the phone did not help...

plugging the headphones in and out would not help...

the sound of the whole phone disappeares!

have you installed any software that controls the sound? not now...maybe with your last firmware or whenever?

something like that one:
[NewApp] Ringtone/Mute by gravity sensor

maybe this kind of software is responsible for serious bugs and errors!

try to update your firmware,it may help.
