M8 akku can´t be charged

Hi guys,

damned my m8
Yesterday after I charged my m8 with car charger (I was on the way and used m8 as navi), it can´t be charged like usual, neither with the common charger nor via USB (FW 0.9.3.18). It can be only charged with car charger now.
After that I downgraded to 0.9.3.9 and 0.9.2.7, but the problem is still available.
What´s wrong. Such problem I never had before.
Has anyone a suggestion? Thanks!!!!

i had the same problem with a custom charger a while ago. my battery was ultra low and it wasn´t possible to load it with any charger...
after i plugged it to my pc via usb and let it fully charge via the usb cable everything was fine again...
try to charge it with usb (settings - usb charging on) to 100% and try it again with your external charger...in my case it worked and i never had any problems again!

Thanks SNOOP, but unfortunately I can charge the battery neither with the power supply nor via USB (yes, usb charging is activated).
I´ll try charge it full with car charger, let´s see what happens then.

for people that does'nt understand german(like me ), could be weird.

i had nearly your Problem, i solved it by charging the M8 about 24h with the wall adapter. After hours, i got back to life.

It´s the cable, which causes this problem. A "bad qualitative" cable doesn´t supply the power fully, which the m8 is required. So the accu (battery) can´t be charged!
I´ve changed the cable (usb-mini usb). And the problem is solved.
