photo resolution after update goes mad
Yesterday I have reset my registry and then upgraded the FW on my M8SE from 0.9.3.9 to 0.9.3.18 because some said the photo will shut much faster than before.
While this is undisputably true, I now found that all my newly taken pictures look like 640x480, regardless of which resolution I set the camera to ! The output resolution is correct and also the file size increases with each bigger resolution, but it looks all the same - terrible ...
Take a look yourself :

can anbody confirm this or has a tip for me how to correct this problem ?BatMan, the free video converter for Meizu players. Problems ? English First Aid here. Deutsche Erste Hilfe hier.

Thanked 1,024 Times in 375 PostsYes I noticed this too in new UI firmwares... the picture quality is much worse than before and it looks like they are interpolated from 640x480. Seems they lowered the quality so the pictures are saved faster

In new leaks FW quality of a camera picture is unacceptable for me.

Thanked 173 Times in 72 PostsI hope they would develop something like this:
Slow camera - good picture
Fast camera - bad picture
Then we know with what kind of quality we are dealing with...Ben je Nederlands?

my resolution problem is solved ! After a simple reboot everything was back to normal. I think that my playing around with the video camera was the source of the trouble. There might be a bug setting the innermost resolution back to photo mode after I've been filming in 640x480. Didn't have the time to verify this, though.
Now my pics are highres again, but still a bit unsharp and no way the quality of the older fw. So this issue still needs double fixing.BatMan, the free video converter for Meizu players. Problems ? English First Aid here. Deutsche Erste Hilfe hier.
