Calendar starting on monday

Does anyone know how to let the calendar start on Monday?
Now the week starts with Sunday

Also in the new UI the week starts at Sunday.

I think it must be a registry setting but i never really looked at it :-)

This might be a stupid question, but where can i find the registery.
And do I need something special to acces and change it?
I'm not a programmer or something
