Thanked 269 Times in 146 PostsI don´t know where you checked the task, but that´s strange...´cause, there are always some programs running in the background.
Usually the minioneshell for dekstop, some udevice sms and phone...and some others..I just thought about, perhaps there is an app running that drains your battery...

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Postsi think the problem in something else. because when the phone is not in the lock mode it works normally but if i lock the phone it randomly goes off(crash) and i cannot turn it on until i remove the battery and put it back.
after the phone is on the battery is low.
(80%before the crash.45%after turning on)

Thanked 189 Times in 130 PostsZver26, my M8 first edition had the same symptoms as yours.
It shutdown randomly, drained the battery very fast etc..
I did not know what it was until i noticed 1 day an error just before shutting down...
Long story short; my M8 was broken so i sended it back for repairs and got an SE instead.
If you want the full story you should have a look in the older topics in "general Meizu M8".
