recently i've been having this problem with the screen again: sometimes it just doesn't respont to touch. but not the whole of the screen, only some parts of it (for me usually it's the bottom line, where the "fuction buttons" are, the "m" and "o" letters on the virtual keyboard, and the 4th icon in the second row on the main screen)
first i thought it was software errror, but it's happening with all fw versions. then i thought it was the plastic screen protector, but removing it only helped temporarily.
the strange thing is that it doesn't happen always, sometimes the screen just "heals itself". now i'm suspecting that because of temperature changes there is some condensation under the screen, or in the phone body, which causes some malfunction.
but what i'm interested in is that have any of you experienced something like this, or is it only my phone? and was there ever such malfunction recorded with other touchphones?略懂

Thanked 29 Times in 16 Poststhanks for the program! (btw, how on earth does one exit it? the M button or power button don't work)
now i realized that the problem with the screen is that i have to press really hard for it to react to the touch. and i mean not like a resistive display, but like wanting to break it or something. really strange...略懂

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Postshello, I too did the same thing to you, initially failed the "M" key "virtual keyboard, but after a few days, began to fail across the bottom of the screen, so I decided to take it to repair China, I contacted the seller and send the meizu to China for repair, that was the 26th of December, the salesman told me that the repair time was about 15 to 20 days, so later this month should have it repaired , and informs you when it arrives.

Thanked 29 Times in 16 Postshmm, thanks for the info!
but that 15-20 days of repair time doesn't sound too well. i'll be going to China in february, but because of the spring festival, i can only give it to the repari shop about 5 days before i have to come back. so unless they change it to a new one, or give the money back, this phone is a goner for me

Thanked 189 Times in 130 Postsgael971,
the english is understandable, just the capital is a bit annoying ;-)
For everyone with the m8FE; if the electrical shocks don´t work out,
take contact with the seller/meizu for a replacement to SE and you will not need to worry about it anymore.
