Serious Problems with my M8; crashes down 10 times per day

Hi,

as I wrote in the title, I've some really annoying problems with my M8, which I bought in June '09 in Beijing.

It crashes down all the day. Almost every time I take a look at it, the screen remains black and I can't switch it on until I removed the battery.

But there is no regularity in hanging up. Sometimes my M8 hangs up, when sb. tries to call me or when I try to dial a number. But I had crashes also when I started any task just like "Stettings" or "Messages" aso.

Furthermore, sometimes I loose reception on my mobile from time to time (without moving into a dead spot). Even during a telephon call. After a minute or two everything is ok again and I've got signal.

The FW is 0.9.3.9, my Provider is o2 (Germany) and I installed no app instead of m8 Sprite (Version 1.3.3).

Ich muss sagen, dass ich unter dem selben Problem leide.... Das Telefon verliert oft die Verbindung zum Netz und bricht während des Telefonierens einfach ab.. Manchmal passiert es auch dass der Klingelton nicht aufhört, auch wenn ich den Anruf bereits entgegengenommen habe... (EPlus)...
Ich würde empfehlen, sofern du noch nicht zu viel der persönlichen Daten auf das Telefon übertragen hast, eine stabile Firmware zu installieren... welche genau die bisher stabilste ist, müsstest du die anderen Kollegen hier im Forum fragen... aber bitte nicht die 0.9.5.XX da das Powermanagement noch sehr schlecht ist, sodass der Akku binnen 24 Stunden schon leer ist.

Excuse me for replying in German^^ but i noticed that the mate who wrote above is from Germany.
In general I advised him to try out another firmware, a more stable one.

I do not want to scare marc-sebastian but it sounds like the symptomes i had with my m8fe. The solution there was returning for replacement to the SE model.. if you are interested in the details you could have a look in the older topics about that one.
