NEED HELP with Touchscreen

Unfortunately I've got a problem with my touchscreen, about 2 weeks ago the letter M on the keyboard did not function anymore so I started the control.exe in the windows directory and tried to recalibrate the touchscreen in the stylus menu but afterwards I couldn't use the letter S and buttons in the corner of the display.
does someone of you know how I can fix this problem because its not that easy to recalibrate it correctly. do so knwo where the calibration is saved to and could upload this file to any hoster so that i have the original calibration back again? i already tried clearing the registry, setting back to factory settings and installing a new firmware but it didn't work.
would be great if somebody could help me.

i think this kind of file must be a system-file. have you tried to search for a file that was changed on that particular date or between two other dates...or whatever? there is such an option in the windows-search-function...try to connect your phone and search for such a file...maybe your lucky!
if you find the file i can send you the original!

another tip: explore the phone using active sync and sort all the files in the windows folder (modified)...try it!

thats a good idea, but how do i search in the windows directory? i only see the disk directory when i connect the meizu to my computer.

use/install ACTIVE SYNC! then click on EXPLORE

tip: you have to change the USB-SETTING on your phone first!
