Big SMS issue

Hi everyone...
I got big problems with my sms... Suddenly I can't receive any SMS. I Installed the christmas leak and everythings fine but suddenly i couldn't receive any sms. Now I downgraded it to fw 9.3.8 and i could receive a sms. But one second later I couldn't ... this is a really big problem for me. Maybe someone got some suggestion how to solve this big problem i got.

I uploaded some files from the windows folder. Maybe it helps to figure out what problem this it.

It happen to me!
I had do the same like you, like installed the firmware leak, downgrade to 0.9.3.9 and i had the problem, i can't receive SMS, so i decide to clean my registry , downgrade to 0.9.3.8 .

After a moment i get like 10 SMS in in time at my phone.
After this my phone start to work perfectly

So cleaning the registry was the solution , helped me lots of times too!

can you say me how to?

Edit: I tested it again with the new leak from 26th dec and i receive sms but i don't receive sms with ä,ü,ö symbols .... that makes me crazy ... don't receive sms with ä,ö,ü with old ui, too

...that´s almost impossible!
In SMS all Umlauts should work 100%.
You better clean your registry......

- Power off
- hold Power on & hold "M"button....wait till clearing registries appears.

it's really annoying... that doesn't work with the old ui...

Have you maked a backup with M8 sprite before upgrading and after upgrading the Backup restored?

i just backuped in the settings from meizu... I think there is something wrong with some files in the windows folder but I have no idea what to do...
I cleared the registry, I clean up with sprite, I even reset the factory settings... nothing worked...Maybe there is a way to delete the phone completly and make a stable firmware on it??!!!

You are restoring the backup from Sprite directly after installing new FW??

Not the Meizubackup!! The Backup what you make with Sprite..

And when YES, you are restoring all points?

sorry, i didn't express myself clearly... i didn't backup from sprite
Sometimes, I can receive sms but sometimes not...especially sms with umlauts like ä,ö,ü,ß !
